When you procrastinate you are more apt to make mistakes. You also leave little time to correct the little things that might go wrong with a project.
Procrastination may also cause physical symptoms such as headache, muscle aches, stomach aches.


Do unpleasant tasks first.
Set deadlines for yourself.
Reward yourself every time you do things ahead of time.
Set aside time each day to make plans.
