As we near the end of 2009 and look toward 2010, please think about professional development goals and save time for your learning and development. Professional development goals are goals focused on plans for learning and development activities to address areas identified through assessments, performance goals, and/or career goals.
All OSU Extension employees should have had an opportunity to complete the Employee Self-Assessment related to core competencies and program evaluation (for employees with programming responsibilities). The Self-Assessment is one source of information that you can use for professional development planning. Each employee should identify professional development goals as part of your planning for 2010.
