Competency-based Human Resource Management in OSU Extension

Competency-based HR & Performance Management in OSUE - in November and December 2009 the Extension HR team held face-to-face meetings or WebEx sessions for supervisors and employees to learn more about competency-based HR and performance management.

Development of the OSU Extension Competency Model

Initial research to begin building a competency model for OSU Extension was conducted from December 2008 through April 2009. Key findings from this research include a list of trends and their implications for Extension work and the OSU Extension Competency Model.
