Professional Development

Lifelong learning is an important part of OSU Extension both for our work with clientele and for our employees. Continuous learning is one of the core competencies in the OSU Extension Competency Model. OSU Extension is committed to providing opportunities for professional development both internally and through external sources to assist Extension professionals in being successful. We encourage Extension professionals to pursue developmental opportunities that are aligned with their professional development goals.
