e-Dialogues

On the first Wednesday of the month from 11 a.m. to noon, HR will be offering the opportunity for County Directors and Unit Leaders to join an e-Dialogue through WebEx around various topics related to your positions. The goals for the County Director and Unit Leader e-Dialogues are to:

  • Develop a greater understanding of Extension and/or University policies and procedures related to human resource functions. Provide continual professional development opportunities for County Directors & Unit Leaders to be successful.
  • Offer a collegial atmosphere for dialogue and question/answer format through e-learning methodologies.

These offerings will be posted on the Professional Development intranet calendar along with the information on how to log into the WebEx e-Dialogue
